Baking Bread Instructions
Necessary Equipment
- Measuring Cups
- Measuring Spoons
- Bread Machines
- Kitchen Scale and bowls for weighing(if not using metric)
Ingredients (SHECOOKS2, n.d.)
- 1 cup (235 ml) of warm water (at a maximum of 110° F/45 C)
- 2 tablespoons (25 g) of white sugar
- 1 package (.25 oz /7 g) bread machine yeast
- ¼ cup (60 ml) vegetable oil
- 3 cups (410 g) bread flower
- 1 teaspoon (6 g) salt

Preparation
- Be sure to wipe all surfaces with antibacterial wishing towels.
- Inspect all kitchen utensils are clean
- Wash your hands
Baking
- Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast into bread machine pan. Allow mixture to foam for 10 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, oil, flour and salt
- Place bread machine pan into bread machine and shut the case closed.
- Select basic bread or white bread setting, and start
- Clean the area while waiting for bread machine to cook bread
After bread is cooked
- Be sure to wipe all surfaces with antibacterial wishing towels again
- Make sure all kitchen utensils are washed
- Wash your hands
- Slice bread into 6-7 slices
- Enjoy!
